As per the policy, a single license can only be used to activate a single website and development version of the same site. So if you are planning to migrate the license to a new website, please make sure to unregister the plugin from Digits settings, or you can also uninstall the plugin from your previous website to automatically unregister it.
Also, make sure you don’t change the domains frequently otherwise your purchase code can be flagged or blocked due to misuse.
