Setting up WhatsApp Cloud API with WPNotif is super simple but includes multiple steps to get things going, so to make it easy we’ll be breaking the documentation into multiple parts, so if you already have any of the part already setup then you can skip that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

None of the steps require any development or coding knowledge <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Setup Meta Business Manager Account<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Create Meta App<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Connect your Phone Number with WhatsApp Cloud API<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Get message template approved by Meta\/WhatsApp<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    How to set up Meta Business Manager Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to https:\/\/business.facebook.com\/<\/a>  -> Click on Create an account <\/strong>otherwise login directly <\/strong>with your Facebook account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Click on Create a Business Account.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Type a name for your business account and click on Next.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Enter your full name and email address and click Create<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. After this step click on next and confirm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Click on Business Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Scroll down and click on Business info<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Click on Edit<\/strong> to update your business Information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Fill in all of your details and click on Save <\/strong>to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. At this point, you would need to go to your mail service <\/strong>and check<\/strong> for mail from Facebook<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11. Click on Confirm<\/strong>, to confirm your business account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    12. Now you are all set<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to create Meta App<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/<\/a> , click on Get Started<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Click on Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. on Developer -> Complete Registration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Go to My Apps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Click on Create App<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Click on Business <\/strong>as shown below, scroll down and click on Next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Enter a name<\/strong> for your App, enter your email<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Select your business account<\/strong> from the dropdown<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Then click on Create App, and it will ask for your Facebook password, enter your password and it\u2019s done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. Scroll down and press Set up<\/strong> in WhatsApp Integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11. Copy the Temporary Access Token<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    12. Copy the Phone Number ID (This is the Phone Number provided by the company) See below to know how to set up your own mobile number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    13. Go to Your WordPress dashboard -> select WPNotif<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    14. Under Gateway <\/strong>-> Scroll down find WhatsApp and enable it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    15. Now Go to WhatsApp Gateway -> select WhatsApp Cloud API
    Copy <\/strong>and Paste<\/strong> the Access Token<\/strong> and the Phone Number ID<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to connect your Phone Number with WhatsApp Cloud API<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Scroll down on the same page and Click on Add Phone<\/strong> Number (as shown below)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
